On-Site Service
Many KODAK Document Imaging products offer you
on-site service. To help maximize your uptime and
productivity, we get there quickly with the parts
you need and fix the problem the first time. And we
help control your service costs by providing these
features:
- Service provided by highly skilled Kodak service representatives.
- A computerized dispatch system that directs your call to a TSR within minutes.
- Call back with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) by a TSR within an hour.
- Response time goals that let you know when to expect us.
- Telephone support from our Response Center (which often eliminates the need for additional service and can get your equipment running again quickly).
- On-site service from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, customer local time. Extended hours of coverage are available in most locations in Canada.
- Preferential response.
- Coverage of travel, labor, repair parts, and most modification costs.
- Preventative maintenance scheduled on applicable products.
- Total service call: We thoroughly checkout equipment on each call to look for potential future problems.
Advanced Unit Replacement
Our quick turnaround minimizes your equipment
downtime and the impact on your productivity.
Advanced Unit Replacement (AUR) provides phone
support and next-business-day delivery of an
exchange unit on certain Document Imaging products.
If you experience equipment difficulties, call us.
If we can't resolve the problem over the phone, we
will ship an exchange unit, which you will receive
on the next business day. (Then, simply mail your
malfunctioning unit to us within 5 working days.)
